V360 Marketing Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales. By subscribing to any services through V360 Marketing Ltd, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Company Information
All services sold under the brand name "V360 Marketing Ltd" are legally provided by:

2. Billing & Subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed either monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected.
All prices are inclusive of applicable VAT unless otherwise stated.
Payments are processed via our selected payment gateway. "V360 Marketing Ltd" will appear on your bank statement.
3. Cooling-Off Period & Refund Policy
a. CRM Access (V360 CRM™ Subscriptions)
You are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of your initial purchase.
If your V360 CRM™ account remains unused during this period, you may request a refund.
Refunds will be issued minus any payment gateway fees and reasonable administrative costs.
To request a refund, email: [email protected] within 14 days and allow us the opportunity to resolve your concerns.
⚠️ If your account has been accessed, set up, or used (including onboarding, configuration, or any customisation), this may void your refund eligibility.
b. Digital Services & Custom Work
All sales for digital marketing services, custom projects, consulting, coaching, or time-based services are final and non-refundable, even during the cooling-off period.
By purchasing, you agree to waive your statutory right to cancel under the UK Consumer Contracts
Regulations, as these services are either:
Delivered immediately, or
Tailored to your specific business needs.
This includes time spent on:
Meetings, communication, or strategy
Funnel/ad/copy development
Revisions or change requests
No deliverables or time are refundable once work has begun, regardless of client satisfaction.
4. Failed Payments
If a payment fails:
You will be notified via email.
The system will automatically retry up to 3 times.
Access may be suspended after 5 days of non-payment.
Continued failure after 14 days may result in service termination and data deletion unless otherwise agreed with our team.
5. Intellectual Property
All training modules, templates, workflows, and content within the V360 CRM™ or related services remain the intellectual property of V360 Marketing Ltd unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, distribute, or reuse our intellectual property without written permission. Violation may result in legal action.
6. Demo Request
We offer the option to request a demo before purchasing software access.

7. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Updates will be posted to our website and, where appropriate, communicated via email.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
9. Custom Services & Consultancy Work
a. Scope of Services
Custom services (e.g., digital marketing, funnel building, ads, strategy, design) are delivered based on hours or deliverables outlined in an invoice, proposal, or written confirmation. It is the client’s responsibility to confirm the scope before work begins.
b. Time-Based Billing
All services are billed based on time spent, not guaranteed outcomes. Time includes meetings, planning, communication, revisions, and implementation.
c. Revisions & Scope Creep
Reasonable revisions are included only within the originally paid hours. Changes beyond scope or time may require additional payment. We will notify you before proceeding with extra work.
d. No Refunds for Services
Once custom work has commenced, no refunds will be issued. This applies regardless of subjective satisfaction or project completion status.
e. Delays & Client Inactivity
If the client is unresponsive for more than 10 business days, we may mark the project as complete. Additional work may be treated as a new engagement and billed separately.
f. Dispute Resolution & Chargebacks
You agree to allow us a reasonable opportunity to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback. Filing a dispute without notice may result in immediate suspension of services and forfeiture of work delivered
9. Custom Services & Consultancy Work
By paying an invoice, submitting a subscription form, or completing a purchase through our payment platform, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms of Service.
